Please note you must schedule a 0700 weekday flight by no later than 1700 the day prior. If you need to cancel or change an 0700 weekday flight after 1700 the prior day, it is very important that you call our preheater cell phone at 781-354-0077 with your changes. This will prevent the preheater from showing up when no flights are leaving early.

Please start to schedule your flights after 11/09/2009 on Flight Schedule Pro. Don’t schedule prior to that date in the new scheduler as you may create a conflict with the legacy scheduler.

ECAC is switching to Flight Schedule Pro to allow us to provide new features not on the current scheduler. The cut over date is 11/09/2009. Please use the following link to register and once approved please fill out your “Pilot Record” or you won’t be able to make reservations. Flight instructors and Assistant Admins may add aircraft checkouts as required. All aircraft have been blocked on the legacy schedule from 11/09/2009 forward. Please be patient as we all try to learn this new product.

ECAC is pleased to announce the lease of a well-equipped 2003 SR22. This aircraft is Avidyne equipped and has most other options available. Check-outs will be scheduled based on pilots’ qualifications (at least 200 hours TT and an instrument rating). The hourly rate is $250.
